Genesis 2:19..Mans born again spirit will be remade from his base spirit and constituents The Holy Spirit present to him.

God will present to man the work of The Holy spirit and The Holy Spirit will present to man the ‘indwelling ‘package’ and this together with man’s original  gifts from God the father , man will accept and proclaim .
